ethioCars.com is a marketplace platform only. All transactions, including negotiations, payments, and vehicle transfers, are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. ethioCars is not a party to any transaction and assumes no liability for disputes between users.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to circumvent site security or access restrictions
• Using the Site for any illegal activity
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ethioCars.com, including logos, design, and text, is the property of ethioCars or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
